Consent to the processing of personal data provided pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Rev. 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided;

They authorize free of charge and without time limits, pursuant to the Civil Code, the Copyright Act LDA and the Personal Data Protection Act LPD:

the dissemination and publication in any form of video and audio material in which the minor appears represented even indirectly for the purposes of representation and information of the activities carried out by the minor.

Video and audio material that harms the dignity or decorum of the persons concerned will not be processed, distributed or published and will be immediately deleted from the archives of our company. They also authorize the storage of the aforementioned material in the computer archives of the company GENNY FACTORY SA, acknowledge and accept that the purpose of such publications is solely informative, informative and descriptive of the work activity carried out at the company GENNY FACTORY SA.

They acknowledge that the above-mentioned photo and video material, once made public, could be subject to acquisition and republication by third parties, even without the consent of our company or the interested party.
